Emile Avramides brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Amuse Gourmet, with a background rooted in fine dining, refined bistro, and high-end event catering. Trained in classical French technique and shaped by years in award-winning kitchens across Australia and the UK, Emile approaches his craft with both precision and personality.Having helmed kitchens such as Clove Lane in Sydney and worked in Michelin-starred institutions including Maze by Gordon Ramsay, Emile understands the nuances of delivering exceptional food at scale—without compromising on detail or flavour. His style is thoughtful and produce-driven, celebrating seasonality and simplicity with a modern, elegant touch.
