In this 90-min live interactive session, you will learn how to make a smooth and luscious puree, preserve vegetables by pickling and poaching shellfish. You will also learn techniques in cooking the perfect risotto and making chicken stock and poaching chicken.

All ingredients are pre-cut, premeasured, prepared, packaged and delivered to your doorstep before the session begins. Detailed instructions and demonstrations will be provided throughout our session.
