Banking and technology professional turned private chef, Pia Lopez, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London specialising in Asian and Modern European cuisines.

She is the founder of Champignons Pte Ltd, a private dining service company which she launched in 2017. She has served fine food to an impressive list of clients which includes video streaming market leader Netflix, private member club Soho House, reputable arts institution Singapore Repertory Theatre and environmental organisation HER Planet Earth.

Pia has tapped into her creative skills in the form of conceptualising and customising menus for her private events and parties by understanding her clients’ backgrounds, their lifestyles, culture and travels. Most of her inspirations are drawn from her travels around the world and her exposure to a truly international culture having lived in cities like NYC and London. Her cooking influences come from her Filipino and Spanish heritage and classical French cuisine training. She is particularly captivated by both the beautiful English and French countryside, the quality of their local produce, their fresh and foraged foods and the simple organic way of presenting food beautifully. All these are reflected in every dish she creates.
